The seasoning is fresh, balanced, with a nice acidity and with notes of yuzu citrus fruits at the end. Kôchi prefecture is famous for the quality of its ginger and the greatest specialist is Sakata Nobuo. Many condiments including ginger can be found on the market. However, just a few are retaining the freshness and peppery natural notes of ginger.
Our perfect combination : it will enhance beef tataki, raw fish (salmon, sea bream, sea bass) or grilled fish (mackerel, sardines, lean fish), raw vegetable salads, scallop carpaccios, veal, beef.
