Fueki Shoyu Premium Kinbue Yuzu ponzu sauce is made from double-fermented Soyhikomi soy sauce. Once finished, the soy sauce is settled back to ferment. This develops complex aromas and a velvety texture.

Like any ponzu, dashi broth is added to develop the umami of the condiment. Dashi used here is very fine, with moderate salinity and subtle aromatic notes, perfectly highlighted by an excellent yuzu juice, providing elegance, freshness, superb acidity, and fabulous yuzu citrus notes.

Our perfect combination : this ponzu will be remarkable when enjoying gyoza, beef tataki or salmon, fish or beef tartar, or langoustine or even veal. It will match as well with mixed salads, raw salmon, tempura, tofu ...

This is unequivocally one of our best ponzu.
