Applications : 

Preparation:

• Add in a marinade: 1 to 2 tablespoons for 1 liter of water or stock (fish and chicken)
• Wet the cooking foil with the liquid smoke, wrap the food with it and place it in the refrigerator for 2 to 6 hours (meat, foie gras, fruits…)
• Spray on the different ingredients before putting into the oven (fish, beef, lamb…)
