In this region, with more than 350 noodle factories, she has tried to offer a new way of tasting noodles, incorporating black sesame recipes. It took a lot of tests because the production of these sômen had to respect the hand draw Shimabara. As the sesame is kneaded and mixed in the noodle, the sômen display a greedy aspect with pretty markings of black sesame. On the palate, the fl avour and aromas of sesame keep their promise.

Our perfect combination : these sômen can be consumed cold or hot indifferently. A great idea for a small surprise starter!
Cooking time: 3 to 4 minutes in boiling water, and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
