Sapporo miso ramen are one of three most famous ramen types in Japan. The ramen are dried and matured at low temperature for 48 hours without be fried with oil. They are a perfect balance of rich miso aroma and pronounced miso flavour.

Preparation is simple - tip the ramen noodles into 550 ml boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the contents of the dehydrated broth sachet, taking care to dilute the contents while stirring. Remove from the heat and stand for 2 mins before enjoying.
