This nabe broth is made from a Japanese curry, a mixture of 15 spices, dried bonito, vegetable extracts and sesame paste.

We particularly recommend it garnished with pork (thin slices of rindless belly and boneless collar) and sausages.
This broth will also be perfect for pieces of chicken thighs as well as for seafood (shrimps, scallops). As for accompaniment for your broths, favor mushrooms (eryngii, enoki, shiitake), onions, pumpkins and other cucurbits, green onion, white leeks, carrot strips, Chinese cabbage, tomatoes, eggplant , tofu.
On the preparation side, shake the sachet well before opening, then place in your cooking container. Bring to a boil, add the meat, then the other ingredients and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
You can also bring the broth alone to a boil and simply add udon noodles which you will simmer for 3 minutes.
For tasting, add chopped green onion on top.
