Our perfect combination :  this sauce is delicious for tasting tonkatsu (pork scallop), poultry and fish fries, cold or hot tofu, bourguignonne fondue, mackerel simmered with miso sauce, to season vegetable woks & white rice or pasta, or, more surprisingly, mixed with mayonnaise. It is also delicious brushed on pork ribs, chicken wings, good grilled red meat.
