This dressing, related to a vinaigrette made from yuzu, is very rare in Japan.
The refreshing aroma and acidity of yuzu is well balanced with the sweetness of beet sugar.
Rice bran oil is produced in Wakayama Prefecture. Rice oil is rich in natural nutrients, gentle on the body, does not have a bad taste, and has an excellent shelf life. It preserves the flavors.

Our perfect combination : this dressing sauce goes well with green salads, hot vegetables and onion slices.
The unique citrus flavor also gives it a delicious predisposition with seafood and meat.
