Jabara citrus is closely related to Yuzu citrus. It is very reputed in Wakayama for its concentration in narirutin flavonoid, a natural chemical compound with the recognized properties of relieving the effects of pollen allergies.

The juice is powerful, acid, green fruity as the lime with a very peppery taste in the end.
This citrus is expensive due to its rarity.
The fruits are picked at perfect maturity on the hillside on the mountains surrounding Arida (Wakayama prefecture). Only the pulp is pressed. The juice is cold flash pasteurized for good preservation and non-alteration of the fragrances.
