This puree is elaborated from the best yuzu from Kôchi Prefecture in Japan, harvested at full ripeness. Seeds have been manually removed and cooking is handmade in a caldron. It is a completely natural product. Taste is typical from fresh yuzu : generous, fresh with a pleasant light bitterness. Fruity taste dominates, sugar is very discreet, and texture with bits is slightly crunchy.

This product is perfect for pastry, chocolate and ice cream makers or cook chefs. You can use it as a base, condiment or simply as a marmalade on a delicious toasted slice of bread. Delicious!
