Applications :     

We recommend to dilute it in fresh still or sparkling water, at the rate of 1 dose of syrup for 5 to 6 doses of beverage.

  • Nutritional values : Per 100 ml : energy 293 kcal (1244 kJ) ; fat traces, of which saturates traces ; carbohydrate 73 g, of which sugars 65 g ; protein traces ; salt traces.

Interaction of nature and Mankind, and center of all the attentions since it's nomination, it is the first protected cultural landscape in JapanKumano Kodo est également l’une des trios seules routes enregistrée au Patrimoine Mondial de l’UNESCO. The main product of Kumano kodo is the traditional shiso juice. The ingredients used for it's preparation are red shiso and ume plum, both issued from local organic farming. The juice obtained is 100% natural, without additives, preservatives nor colouring. It is very fresh, slightly sour with a perfect sugar balance.
