The skin is quite thick and peels well.
The flavors are reminiscent of ripe lemon, very fruity and sweet, or a blend of sweet orange and grapefruit, with less bitterness; the acidity is balanced. The fruits are picked at perfect maturity on hillsides on the mountains surrounding the municipality of Arida, Province of Wakayama. Only pulp is pressed. The juice is flash pasteurized cold for a good conservation and not alteration of the fragrances.
It is guaranteed without additives, dyes or preservatives.
