Only the best fleshy whole grains are selected and then roasted using a traditional method for 20 to 25 minutes.

The grains are then finely ground and the flour obtained gives off a delicious fragrance.

With whole puffed rice flour you can make very light biscuits, even mini tart bases or crackers by adding some of this flour to traditional wheat flour.

Our easy recipe idea:
Puffed rice flour cookies

Ingredients :
・60g puffed rice flour
・40g whole wheat flour
・40g almond powder
・30g butter
・40 ml vegetable oil
・3 dessert spoons maple syrup
・4 dessert spoons runny honey

Preheat the oven to 160°C
Mix together the rice flour, wheat flour, almond powder, butter and vegetable oil.
Add the maple syrup and then the honey
Put in the fridge for 10 mins
Roll it into a 10cm thick sheet
Cut the cookies with a cookie cutter
Bake in the oven at 160°C for 20 to 25 mn
