With the Fuji pickles condiment made from a Junmai Fujisu Superior rice vinegar base, your marinated vegetables will be a guaranteed success every time.
The dried tomatoes in this pickle condiment give it roundness and umami.

Our perfect combination : this condiment is excellent in the preparation of pickles or crunchy pickled vegetables such as cauliflower florets, carrots, radishes, cucumbers, mini aubergines or cherry tomatoes. It is also perfect for seasoning green salads and other raw vegetables. 

For 100 g of raw vegetables, add 5 tablespoons of the pickle condiment, put everything in a zip-lock bag, then close after having squeezed out the air and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
The vegetables will be both crunchy and fragrant. There are no additives, nor preservatives, just very high quality raw materials.
