The fruits selected are physalis from Kinasa Nagano-Shi, the best of the best.
As it matures, the fruit-bearing portion is light brown in color and the fruit is yellow to golden-yellow in color. Its fermentation is done in a syrup very refreshing condiment.

Our perfect combination : this fruit condiment can be eaten in several different ways, in a glass of champagne, alongside goat's or sheep's cheese, to prepare sauces for game, poultry or red meat (duck, beef), to garnish tofu dishes, for ice cream, yoghurt and much more.
