All operations are carried out by gravity, without pumps, and the wine is neither filtered, nor fined, nor sulphited.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis artisanal approach aims to preserve the purest expression of the terroir and to convey the spirit of the surrounding nature.
