Izumo jyuwari soba are for connoisseurs. Our soba are made exclusively from lightly salted whole buckwheat flour. These soba have an excellent flavour and are totally natural, with no colourants, additives, preservatives or taste enhancers.

To prepare, cook in boiling water for 4 minutes.

Eat immediately while hot. To eat cold, immediately immerse the soba in iced water after draining.
