Bamboo charcoal powder is tasteless and odorless.
Our perfect pairings : it can be used as a food coloring, identified under E153, for pancakes, pasta, bread, yogurt, sweets, tempura, macaroons and other pastries, jams, drinks ..., without altering ingredients original flavor or dishes taste.
In terms of dosage, we recommend the use of 5 to 8% in relation to the appliance you wish to color.
