You will use it in Japanese cuisine, both for savory and sweet preparations. Yoshino kuzu is less powerful than hon’kuzu and easier to use.
It is ideal for hot or cold preparations requiring a not too pronounced binding power and for which you are looking for a softer and silky texture. The ingredients are 100% Japanese.

Our perfect combination : Yoshino kuzu will be used like all other starches to link your sauces and desserts, or even bring softness and lightness to your pastries. Used for making desserts based on fruit juices and / or pulps, it is surprising because of the smoothness it brings, without altering the natural taste of the fruits.
