This dashi shoyu is made from Gunma soy sauce naturally brewed in a stone warehouse dating back to the Meiji period, mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine for cooking) made by Kankyo Shuzo, a brewer in Hekinan City, Aichi Prefecture, and dried bonito flakes.

The result is a simple yet profound flavor.

Our perfect pairings : Dashi Shoyu Soy Sauce is an essential seasoning for sashimi, tuna in a bowl of pickled tuna, fried or grilled rice, stir-fried vegetables, and raw eggs eaten over a bowl of white rice.
