If you know anything about personalized knives, you'll realize how rare it is to find an artist of this level. Hand engraving is a work of art that creates unique shadows. Each knife is unique. Meikiri, brand name engraving on knife surface, is one of normal tasks in a cutlery workshop.
To do this, master engraver uses a special hammer and chisel.
