These instant ramen noodles and their tonkotsu flavour broth are dehydrated.

Tonkotsu has a similar flavour to pork broth, but it is completely vegetarian.

These ramen noodles have full, rich flavours.

They are especially popular in the Fukushima region where they are made.

Delicious with a beaten egg!

 

Preparation is simple - pour the ramen noodles into 550 ml boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the contents of the dehydrated broth sachet, taking care to dilute the contents while stirring. Remove from the heat and stand for 2 mins before enjoying.
